If you are having difficulty performing the firmware update, please perform the following steps:

  1. ensure there are no updates available for the See.Sense app Smartphone app

  2. Reset the ICON by connecting it to a powered USB for 10 seconds

  3. Shut down the app from background processes

  4. Re-attempt the firmware update
