Insert the USB charger into the charging port. If a constant amber light appears this means it is charging.

- If the light has no response to the USB connection, then please check by using a different USB cable.

-If the light does respond to the USB, but only with a very brief flash or if the light doesn't respond to charging at all, then please submit a new ticket to customer support.
