Our lights have an auto on/off feature as standard where the light will turn off after a short time of inactivity in order to save battery life. The light will then turn back on again if it senses any movement.
With our previous ICON, ACE and ICON2 lights, this feature kicked in after 3 minutes of inactivity (not being moved).
But with BEAM we have changed this timer to 15 minutes. This is because, as a 'to see' light, we feel that it's more important to keep the light on, as you'll likely be using it as your primary light source and wouldn't want it to turn off too soon.
