If you get the error message: 'The requested project identifier doesn't exist'. You will need to ensure you're using the correct code. If you are sure it is the right code, please ensure you are using the latest version of the app.
If you get the error message: 'Please enter a valid project identifier'. This message can happen if you enter the code incorrectly i.e. with the wrong formatting (like "Oxford" instead of "OXFORD"). It can also happen if you copy & paste the project code and there are hidden characters that could be copied with the code. Please check code and re-enter.
