*Please note that you must be an active trial participant to join a Smart Cities Project. If you wish to provide Cycling Insights as a non-trial user you can do this simply by joining the community in the app and riding with your lights connected to the app.*



If you've been invited to a See.Sense smart-cities project (Stonnington, Cork, Dublin and similar), here's how to join:

  1. Open the See.Sense app and sign in with the email the project organiser invited.
  2. Tap Settings → Projects.
  3. Choose your project from the list, or enter the project code you were given.
  4. Tap Join.
  5. Make sure the Share Data toggle is green — without this, your rides are recorded locally but are not uploaded to the project.
  6. Ride as normal. Data is collected only while your light is on and connected via the app — not continuously.

If you can't see your project in the list, double-check you're signed in with the email your coordinator used. Contact your project coordinator if you're still stuck.
