Theft Alerts notify you when your light loses its Bluetooth connection to the app — for example, if your bike is moved away while parked. You arm Theft Alerts manually each time you leave the bike, so the feature works reliably.
Before you start:
- Your light is paired and connected to the app — see How To Connect Your Light To The App.
- Bluetooth is switched on.
To arm Theft Alerts:
- Open the See.Sense app.
- Go to My Rides.
- Find Theft Alerts and tap to arm.
- Lock your bike and leave. Stay within Bluetooth range while you arm the alert.
What happens next:
If the light moves out of Bluetooth range while armed, the app will warn you that the connection has been lost. Disarm the alert from the same screen when you return to your bike, so a normal "out of range" event doesn't trigger a false notification.
