Infrastructure Requests let you flag locations where you'd like cycling infrastructure improved — wider lanes, better separation from traffic, secure bike parking, and similar. Anyone using the See.Sense app can submit a request; you don't need to be in a trial or project.
To submit a request:
- Open the See.Sense app.
- Go to My Rides.
- Find Infrastructure Request and tap to start.
- Drop one or more pins on the map at the locations you'd like improved.
- For each pin, choose the type of improvement you're requesting — for example wider lane, separation from traffic, or bike parking.
- Add any further detail in the free-text field.
- Tap Submit.
You can submit as many requests as you like, on as many rides as you like.
