After a ride, the See.Sense app will ask if anything annoyed or scared you during that ride. This is the Ride Survey — your feedback helps See.Sense and our research partners understand what's putting people off cycling.
To submit a survey:
- After a ride, open the See.Sense app.
- Go to My Rides.
- If something annoyed or scared you, tap Yes when prompted.
- Drop one or more pins on the map showing where the incident happened.
- For each pin, choose a category — for example aggressive driver, poor road surface, or dangerous junction.
- Rate how scary it felt from 1 (slightly) to 5 (very scary).
- Add any further detail in the free-text field.
- Tap Submit.
If nothing on your ride bothered you, you can ignore the prompt — there's no need to submit a survey for every ride.
