In order for your cycling insights to be recorded, the light must be turned on and connected to the See.Sense app. You must also allow GPS location permission for the See.Sense app "all the time", not because we track all the time, but so that we can track while the phone is locked. Any other permission may prevent the app from accessing GPS location if your phone is locked or when moving between apps.
Other settings such as Do Not Disturb and/or battery saver mode can prevent the app's ability to capture GPS location. The app uses the GPS location to record your journey, so we want to ensure that all necessary data is recorded. The app will not access your location when not in use.
